Setpoint has created a lean ergonomic work station that utilizes a hydraulic press system to accomplish the above task. The system uses a Finn Power hydraulic system with custom press tooling to provide the specified pressing profile.
This machine is designed with a LVDT and a pressure transducer to closely monitor the performance of each and every press cycle. This helps ensure that you are producing parts of the highest quality with the most efficient and flexible processing possible.
This machine has quick change out tooling and press tooling that allows you to utilize the same machine for multiple product platforms.
