HYDRAULIC TUBE SWAGE MACHINE
THE CHALLENGE
Permanently swage the ends of pre cut steel tubing to create a unique configuration for customer specific applications. Machine must also have a high OE (Overall Efficiency) and a cycle time of less than 7 seconds per part.
PRODUCTIVITY DELIVERED
Setpoint designed and built a self contained machine that would run continuously in a high production throughput environment. Automated part handling, gauging and disposition are all part of the turn key system. This system can be sized to fit specific processing needs.
